The products: The concrete hollow core slabs can be used as load-bearing floor in the buildings or ceilings for houses. They are stout with precast steels wires inside. The machine: The hollow core slab machine produced in Haitian is good concrete processor with top technique in China. The hollow core slab forming machine is well designed, easy to control, maintain and repair. There is the vibration set inside the machine which can help form slabs faster. The extrusion principle can make slab the slabs smoother and stronger.
Working Principle:
Powered by the motor, the precast concrete slab machine works on the concrete flat platform. The incompact materials are extruded into the machine by reamers. Then it is pushed into the forming part by the speed reducer and the slider’s repeatedly moving, then the materials push each other to air out.
The continuously working of vibration plate will highly plastify the concrete. At the same time, the slider is pushing the materials backwards, which forced the machine go along with the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The concrete slab is forming during the process behind the machine. After a few days' maintenance, it can be cut in to concrete slabs of different lengths.
